CERTIFICATION
The program is highly specialized towards your needs. Your training is performed at your own pace so you have time to absorb the work and apply the concepts. Learning this way, you will learn Pilates exercises and comprehend the concepts and principles on your own body through your own actual experience.
Practical experience under proper direction by a master teacher is the most valuable way to learn Pilates. It is the way Joseph Pilates intended all teachers to learn. It is the way I learned. You will experience how important verbal and hands on cueing is to the work. This can be just as important to a teacher as knowing the exercises.
This is not a certification for the masses. You learn with specialized instruction how to teach the exercises and perform them on your own body. New Pilates trainers are entering the field of Pilates with a more intelligent clientel. Many people have studied Pilates for years and want to try a different teacher, maybe train closer to home or work, or have been working with videos. Many teachers are entering the field with less practical hours than their students. Aline Trainers are ahead of their clients with enough practical experience so their cueing can match their clients level.
The training encompasses an in depth study of Pilates, practical experience on your own body, variations of exercises for versatility of clientel, verbal and hands on cueing, as well as skills that set Aline Trainers apart in the field of Pilates.
Aline Technique trainers teach at a high integrity level, focus is placed on individual attention even in large classes. Every client that leaves an Aline Class feels that they have gotten a private session.
I hope this helps you in your search for Pilates training. This training will give you a comprehensive study into Pilates and when you graduate you will be in the best shape of your life. This is what separates good teachers from great ones.
