I noticed a need for this workout in myself but mostly my clients were asking for it.
I designed the programming and tested the workouts on my clients. We have maintained flexibility, incorporated Pilates and Yoga concepts, and I personally took off 10 extra pounds doing it.

These classes developed over 4 years as I began to see changes in myself and as clients began to ask me over time about adding additional workouts. The addition of cardio to the workout doesn't go against Pilates. Joseph Pilates is recorded in archival footage doing all sorts of standing exercises, almost dancing. We take the Pilates and Gyrotonic concepts into your cardio work so your whole body will be centered, stretched, and strengthened. Classes are a wonderful way to train in the work. Our clients swear by their results.
Reformer Classes are popping up all over the place, but what people don't realize is that the reformer is only one of about six pieces of Pilates apparatus. We use all of the Pilates apparatus as well as 3 pieces of Gyrotonic equipment such as the ladder, the tower, and the jumping stretching board.
Aline Fitness Classes will give you a challenging, well rounded Pilates and Yoga experience. Classes are structured throughout the week to give you an even balanced week of workouts. The blending of cardio will take you on and off the equipment as you incorporate interval training along with Pilates and Gyrotonic. They are paced for weight loss and cardio strength training but no matter how tired you get...technique...technique...technique is the key.
